Interested in competitive swimming or joining our club? Here is some useful information about St George Swim Club.

Proudly established in 2017, St George Swim Club was founded at the new Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre, Bexley and a merger of Hurstville Aquatic Swim Club, Breakers Swim Club, and Rockdale Swim Club. It was developed as an inclusive club that embraces the different swimming levels including multi-class, a wide range of ages, beginner racing through to national/elite, different cultural backgrounds, and families that support our swimmers.

How does it work?

To swim with St George Swim Club, you need to become a member. If you are not sure if this is the club for you, you are more than welcome to join us for one of our monthly club nights to see how we work. For more information on club nights, please go to our club nights page for more information.

What does membership include?

Being a family based club, we love to encourage young swimmers to really enjoy competitive swimming, and help develop them into strong, passionate swimmers. We have swimmers aging in range from 5 years up to open age (18+), and all levels – from those just starting out in competitive swimming (just having a taste but not ready for big meets yet) to national level swimmers.

Membership includes:

• Club nights (free)
• Social events
• Support for meets which attend together as a team (registration for events is separate with a cost to the actual meet involved). 
• Targeted meets (as above, cost for the actual meet is separate, however some our coaches attend these meets to assist club swimmers)
• General support from the club
• Communication on social media, and email

Please note that the club uniform is not included in the membership registration fee. It is sold via Mikiln & Co. 2-3 times per year.
